Does the link come up if you connect your laptop to the WAN router and configure it with your WAN IP details?

This is a great suggestion and one that many people don't realise you can do, it can easily save hours of troubleshooting if the issue is with the ISP and not your equipment.

Nice one @DarrenOC

I do try to think of the obvious stuff that I’d try first. But as you say, it’s not obvious to everyone.

What is the configuration that ISP has given you?

VLAN tag, PPPoE (unauthenticated or username/password), DHCP/Static, etc.

Have you got exactly that configured on the MX?

ISP has given me a static IP address, and I have assigned the IP address to the MX but still not able to access the internet.

Do you connected to that internet while give that static ip address directly in single laptop?

If yes, then check the vlan section and make sure you enabled the dhcp for that vlan i d!

What message is being displayed on the local status page?

I am not a Cisco Meraki employee. My suggestions are based on documentation of Meraki best practices and day-to-day experience.
