PSK without Identity

Hi

I currently have 3 pre-shared keys, each being applied to a specific group policy. I would like to create a forth and have created the relevant group policy but when I create the new key and try and select the appropriate group policy I only see one of my policies and so cannot select the correct one. Any ideas as to what I am doing wrong?

Did you create the group policy on the correct network?

In this case I recommend that you open a support case.

If you create a new blank group policy with no settings - does it let you select it?

If so, compare the feaures used in the one that does not working, and try turning those features off till you narrow down what is causing the issue.
