If you simply need to factory reset the device, there a pinhole where you can reset it using a bobby pin, paper clip, whatever.

If it's because you have bought an MX68W that is currently already claimed to a Dashboard, you'll need to reach out to whoever sold you the unit and have them unclaim it from their Meraki Organization.

Thank you. So resetting will not help.

No resetting will not help at all. The device needs to be unclaimed from the organization that it was purchased from (support will not unclaim a device). After it is unclaimed you will need to create a dashboard account and obtain a license in order for the device to work. Your best bet might be to return the unit and get your money back.

Did you buy the MX second hand?

I am not a Cisco Meraki employee. My suggestions are based on documentation of Meraki best practices and day-to-day experience.
