Mitch, when I click on the "How to Enroll" to visit the course homepage it just brings me to the main dashboard and when I do a search for this course and modules I don't see anything.  Can you provide me the direct link to the entire course.  Thanks!

LanceFiveland,

I had to log in with my Cisco Credentials and then went to the catalog where I was able to find all of the courses listed plus a ton more. The link for the catalog is Catalog | Meraki Learning.

Thanks Kathleen, I am logged in with Cisco credentials but still not showing in my catalog.  Will log out and reboot and see if that changes anything.  Thanks for your reply, have a fantastic day.

Unfortunately I can't get to the course.

I used the link above, I signed in and enrolled but when I load the module, it asks for further authentication and it fails with the error "Error Unable to load user information."

I have the identical problem.  Were you able to solve it?

No, unfortunately it still happens to me and I have given up to be honest with you…

What web browser were you using?  I was using FF and tried Chrome like I thought I had already.  The no URL window still poped up but then disappeared.  After a little bit the lesson overview appeared.

What happens when you click the blue button that says Authenticate

When you open a new course or resume a course (I am using the initial basic one for this example) the authentication required screen will show.  Immediately a blank window will pop up with no URL shown and later load the error screen with URL.  One can close the pop up and click Authenticate and the same window pop's up and will show the same error after it  runs it's process.  It is acting like it is being blocked by something.  Nothing shows it is being blocked / timed out when looking at debugging. Screenshot 2025-07-16 082009.jpgScreenshot 2025-07-16 082108.jpg

Hi everyone!

The authentication errors are likely a result of web browsers + cross site cookies + pop-ups. If you are using Firefox, its security settings may prevent certain modules from loading in your browser. To fix this, go to Firefox Settings > Privacy & Security. In the Enhanced Tracking Protection settings, select the Custom option and do one of the following:

  • Check the Cookies box and change the drop-down to Cross-site tracking cookies, OR
  • Uncheck the Cookies box

After making the change, be sure to reload your browser tabs to access the module content.
If you are using other browsers such as Chrome, you can try using a different browser (e.g. Microsoft Edge, Safari) and ensure that cookies and other pop-ups are enabled.
