When you open a new course or resume a course (I am using the initial basic one for this example) the authentication required screen will show.  Immediately a blank window will pop up with no URL shown and later load the error screen with URL.  One can close the pop up and click Authenticate and the same window pop's up and will show the same error after it  runs it's process.  It is acting like it is being blocked by something.  Nothing shows it is being blocked / timed out when looking at debugging.  ...
