How to go back further than a week.

Someone in my organization wants a record of devices that have been down for over a month. The closest thing I have been able to find is the option to select devices under organization then summery, unfortunately that only goes back a week. Does anyone know how to do this? Thanks

At network-wide > general you can set Client privacy from 7 days to  1 month.

Some data retention also depends on region

I think he means Meraki devices.

Try going Organization/Overview, click on the "Devices" tab.  Use the + on the right hand side to add the "Contacted At" column.  Sort by that column by clicking on it.  For a bonus point you can use the CSV export option next to the + button.

Not sure if you are using Systems Manager but if you are

 

Systems Manager > Monitor > Overview
