The applications take hours to install Meraki on our Macs,

For the past week, applications that used to take 5 minutes to install from Meraki can now take hours...
We've been talking to support for several days and they tell us that it's normal for them to take so long... I don't think it's normal for Adobe to take almost 2 hours to install from Meraki.
On the other hand, profiles are installed without problems, instantly.
Is anyone else having these problems?

Hi, I am having the same problem for about two weeks. We have tried different versions of the Meraki agent, but nothing seems to work. Apps that used to take 2 minutes to install are now taking an hour.

Taking hours doesn't seem normal to me, I don't use SM for MacOS devices but when using Jamf and Intune I have found installing applications doesn't take hours.

SM should be sending a command for the client device to pull down the installer and download it, now unless your internet connection is really slow this shouldn't take hours.
