For the past week, applications that used to take 5 minutes to install from Meraki can now take hours... We've been talking to support for several days and they tell us that it's normal for them to take so long... I don't think it's normal for Adobe to take almost 2 hours to install from Meraki. On the other hand, profiles are installed without problems, instantly. Is anyone else having these problems?

Thanks for the answers. Well, we want to know if the API is capable of doing this, since in our case it would help us to be able to get more information from the laptops, and in a safe way. We also think that it would be a very useful tool for the MDM that would open up many possibilities

Has anyone tried, or know of any option to use the API to extract files from managed computers? We need to extract some files created by script on the computers, and we would like to do it using the Meraki API.

Yes. The problem has been fixed with the new version of the agent, 3.1.3

When upgrading to Monterey 12.3 it is impossible to make connections from remote desktop on the upgraded computers. with version 12.1 there was no problem. Has anyone encountered the same error?

Hi I have the same issue. A new W10 HP laptop. It doesn't appear in the dashboard.
