Sync failed: Oauth problem advice: bad request (400)

Hi

When I go to Systems Manager > DEP , I get the "Sync failed: Oauth problem advice: bad request (400)" .

Any idea on this error?

Thanks in advance.

Kind of a big deal

@XXDXX I would suggest trying it again. That message makes me think there was a bad API call at that time.

If the error is still occurring I would check the MDM setting in organization to make sure there are no errors there.

Thank you for your reply.  I'm still getting the same error.

I've checked MDM settings and there are no errors there.

@XXDXX At this point I would reach out to support. I just verified I can do a full DEP sync with no issues.

Strange ..  when I did a manual Sync in Overview, it says Syn successful ... but not in System > DEP

Weird, what if you try from the System > DEP screen now?

If you get the same error I would definitely loop in support.

Never mind, I just removed the existing DEP token and upload a new one, and it worked.

Thanks for all the replies.  Much appreciated!

Glad you were able to get it resolved that way. Still strange that your token would have gotten broken though.
