Hi When I go to Systems Manager > DEP , I get the "Sync failed: Oauth problem advice: bad request (400)" . Any idea on this error? Thanks in advance.

Thanks for your reply. No wonder I keep getting errors when I tried to add them in Apple School Manager, and of course the error log they asked you to check doesn't say what error it was.

I now got the profiles showing, but as you said, those iPads are not Supervised and it does limit the things I want to push through. However, I've tried to get those iPads supervised but failed.

But the WiFi profile got pushed, that's why I don't understand. But the Wi-Fi profile is set to All devices where as the Teacher profile is tagged.

I've created a Profile (Teachers) in System Manager > Manage > Settings I've place a Teacher Tag on the iPads. The Teacher Profile is not pushing out and I can't see the Teacher Profile even after I clicked on the Refresh profiles list. Did I missed something? Thank you in advance.

When I connect the devices to Apple Configurator 2 I get Paring is prohibited by policy on "iPad" The supervision configuration for these devices does not allow pairing without the supervision certificate. Create an organization with the correct supervision identity, or re-supervise these devices with paring allowed.

The school has a few devices that no longer reports back to Meraki SM, because This device is using an outdated APNS topic and needs to be re-enrolled. Unenroll the device, and then enroll it by following the instructions on theiOS deployment page. I went to the Settings >> General >> Device Management on the device, I can see Meraki Management, but there is no Remove option. I believe the Meraki SM Agent was pushed to the device via Apple Configurator 2 / DEP. The profile restriction also disabled Safari, App store. I'm now in this situation where I can't remove Meraki management on the device (Remove option not available) and I can't perform Selective Wipe / Erase Device from Meraki Web console as the device is not communicating back to Meraki. Any advice would be great. Thanks in advance.
