Starting on 4/30 we been having an error on iPads with the MDM App, Not Enrolled in a SM Network.
All the apps and profile are installing correctly, it is reporting properly, no license errors or otherwise. Tried to wipe the iPad with the same error. Tried another new iPad with the same error. It was working fine a few days prior and don't believe any changes were made on our end.
Solved! Go to solution.
Are these iPads running 14.5? If so, take a look here.
@tpeterson79 Well try to troubleshoot with the below document

Check out the Certificate as well

@vassallon : Good insight !
@tpeterson79's timeframe is exactly when we saw this issue start popping up here, so I suspect it's the same issue we are seeing.The app on the device is erroneously reporting it's not enrolled but you can still manage it through the dashboard just fine.
Thank you, that is what's happening. They are on iOS version 14x. Functionality everything is running normal, but when I see the error it had me worried.
Yeah it threw me for a loop at first as well. When you update to 14.5 the app still works but once it's a reset iPad running 14.5 the app doesn't work.
You may want to try these iPads that are having issues. Last week when troubleshooting with Meraki one of the suggested work arounds was to repush the app.
This did not work last week but did work today.
