Meraki Restrictions - Application EMAIL out of service

Hello,


I created a configuration profile for my fleet of iPad tablets intended for schools with restrictions.
Users report to me that IOS MAIL app no longer works with this error message :

 

"Account restriction: The creation of e-mail accounts is not allowed on this IPAD".


I can't find on Meraki which function is blocking this setting?
Would you have encountered the same problem or are you aware of this problem?

Are you using the restriction: "Allow modifying account settings" ?

Regardless of Meraki MDM, managed Apple IDs created by ASM have several constraints.

Perhaps the reason why Email is unavailable is because of the restrictions that iCloud Mail is disable.

The "Allow modifying account settings" is a very powerful one, as explained by Apple: "Users can’t create new accounts or change their username, password, or other settings associated with their account." https://support.apple.com/en-gb/guide/mdm/mdm54960f92a/web
