MDM Remote desktop and screen shot have stopped working on computers running Monterey 12.3

When upgrading to Monterey 12.3 it is impossible to make connections from remote desktop on the upgraded computers.
with version 12.1 there was no problem.
Has anyone encountered the same error?

Have you added the Meraki agent into the Screen recording privacy settings? 

Yes.

The problem has been fixed with the new version of the agent, 3.1.3

How/where did you get 3.1.3? My "Add Devices" page is only offering 3.1.1 for download, and the automatic installer isn't pushing out 3.1.3 yet. TIA!

I've seen the same issue on the Windows devices.  Also only seeing 3.1.1 for download.
