Deleting Computers From Meraki SM

I have a number of computers that are in the System Manager that I no longer have access to or to which I am not in contact with the owner. We gave out others. When I remove(delete) them from the SM, and the user reconnects the computer to the Internet, it reappears in the System Manager.

What do I do about these ones that I can't seem to get out of the system?

Trying to unenroll the device gives me an error, "No Eligible Unenroll Devices"

You need to uninstall the Meraki agent from the devices. You cannot do this from the Meraki side of things from my understanding.  You could try talking to support.

Edit: erasing devices should really be part of your companies device disposal process. You are leaving yourself wide open by not doing this.
