Apple DEP devices not being pushed their settings

Devices show up in the DEP list on Meraki so it's syncing with Apple Business Manager but enrollment status stays empty after phone is activated. It use to automatically push settings when the phone is activate but it's no longer doing that. Started happening after we renewed our DEP token, renewed it again but it didn't resolve the issue. Anything else I can try?

Refreshed push and DEP cert and still nothing

We were having a similar issue with the devices suddenly showing as empty any luck with this one?
