We are looking to extend our marketplace solution for ITSM/ticketing system integration, automatically creating tickets when Webhooks fire.
We already have support for many of the big ones, but want to understand which of the smaller ones we should add next.

You're missing two big names being Zendesk and Freshdesk. We use Freshdesk as we found that is what worked best for us.
ServiceNow or SMAX (Microfocus) should do the job.
