meraki Access from Meraki to the cloud

Hi
I have 3 questions
1. What are the addresses I should open in FW to register the equipment in Meraki. Are there any specific ports ?
2. Is it possible to backup the settings I created in the cloud ?
3. If I replaced a faulty switch, will the new switch receive the settings of the old one?

2. There is no direct option.  There are some third parties who have written API based tools that do it to some extent. I have not used any so can't recommend any but here is an example in the marketplace: https://marketplace.cisco.com/en-Us/apps/426592/backup-meraki
