Meraki License Auto renew

This year our Meraki renewal automatically renewed. How do we turn this option off?

Thanks,

I could bee wrong, but I don't think that is possible.  Someone must have renewed it without your knowledge.  Like someone who manages your IT; employee or third party.

And if you look at organization > change log you may find a clue.

Hi @Kim4920 , as mentioned by @BrandonS auto renewal isn’t possible.

A common way I have seen customers get confused by this process is when using co-termination (which is the default) and then buy more Meraki kit.  This adds your licences pro-rata to the existing system extending the expiry date.

You can see if more licences have been recently purchased on the licencing page.
