I want to Remove 2FA from my Free GitLab Account

I have a GitLab account on which 2FA was unintentionally set up, but we are not receiving the code on the registered email. I attempted to reset the password, but it's not connecting to the account. I require someone's assistance in removing the 2FA from our account, after which we will set it up again.

Where is your email server located and is it receiving other emails? If it is then the issue is unlikely to be a Meraki one.

We're using ofc365. I'm getting emails from Cisco on that email id but I'm not getting the 2FA code.

This doesn't seem like a Meraki-related issue to me either.

I am not a Cisco Meraki employee. My suggestions are based on documentation of Meraki best practices and day-to-day experience.

Maybe it will help you https://stackoverflow.com/questions/31024771/how-to-disable-the-two-factor-authentication-in-gitlab.

Otherwise I recommend you open a support case with Gitlab.
