Can not connect to meraki dashboard VPN

Dear All,

 

            I having difficulty to connect to meraki VPN, i have already enabled click vpn from - security & SD Wan - Client VPN, and authorized my dashboard login, and setup the pre-shared key also, when i connect to the vpn, its shows below error, any idea ?

First, check the configuration o the client device. If everything ok, check the Windows event viewer and find the reason code error.

Run "rasphone.exe" and connect using that.  It provides better error messages.  Then use the troubleshooting guide that @alemabrahao has given and look up what causes that error.
