I see the outlook of FP, it’s stated is 1u rack mount but I don’t see front mount panel for this model, so I need to get 3rd party mount kit in order to mount into the rack ? or this model contain rack mount kit ? Thx for your help

Dear All, we are planning to install meraki switch for our customer using it in the store for customer guest wifi, and i have some questions in the following on the swtiches, i have selected below models switch with 8 ports PoE+, just wonder all the ports in these switches are PoE+ ? for model MS120-8FP-HW we will used in the site with 7 MR36 AP connected, and for model MS120-8LP-HW we will use it in the site with 3 MR36 AP connected, just wonder are these 2 models suit our customer need ? any help would be appreicated MS120-8FP-HW - supported max power124W MS120-8LP-HW - supported 67W keith

Actually I’m manually type it rather than copy and paste, and try connect the ssid in iOS mobile and it first can seem the mail address for 1 sec and then disappeared, when I try to click on the blank area, it’s could show the email address

Dear All, I have one more question on the consent message in splash page, in the consent message it contains an e-mail addresses, and when customer connect to the ssid by using a computer and can I see the e-mail address display in the consent message below, whereas in mobile devices its doesn’t show up the e-mail address, its show in blank instead , any idea ? keith

Dear All, One of our customer using merkai AP, and they have 15 AP in the network, and suddently today there are 3 AP show alerting, with warning below, and they have NPS radius to allow AP and user autenticated to the network, all the AP IP has added into the NPS list to permit for connecting, but only 3 of the AP get prompting below, any idea what goes wrong ? any help would be appreicated Recent 802.1X failure A recent RADIUS test encountered a connectivity issue. But from the beginning when deploying meraki AP, when customer connect to this ssid splash page will appeared itself, but starting from today the splash page doesn’t appear at all, even I manually open safari and browse any site, its still doesn’t popup, any suggestions I could do ?
