Subscribing to a new post in a group, but not to all the replies?
Hi,
I would like to subscribe to various groups on here, such as Community Announcements, so I get an email notification when a new post is created, but doing that means I also get an email notifying me of every comment/reply. Is there a way of subscribing to a group and only being notified of a new article rather than a new comment please?
Best

Hi @MartinS -
Great question! The community notification settings are a little complicated and finicky.
I *think* this will work for what you're looking for: From My Settings > Subscriptions & Notifications > Notification Settings (here), on the "For my forum subscriptions, notify me for" option, select "Only the first post in each topic" (screenshot)
Additionally, UNCHECK the option "Any comments on the knowledge base articles, blog articles or events in boards I subscribe to"
Try this and let us know how it goes.
Cheers!
