Outage today - resolved now

Hi ya'll - 


Our apologies for the earlier outage in which we all received an "unexpected error" on the community after logging in. This issue was due to an out-of-date SAML config; the config became out of date after an upgrade of the community platform by our platform provider.


We are taking steps to ensure this doesn't happen with our next platform upgrade.

Hello everyone. I attempted to login this morning and was unable to access the dashboard.

Is there an outage today 08/30?

I'm having dashboard issues as well. Additionally, I had ~20 of my endpoints drop connections and required a reboot. Not sure if related or not.

Same,  several alert emails showing devices at our sites lost connectivity with the cloud... Cannot login to dashboard.  What is going on?
