Hello Meraki fans - I am a Sales System Engineer (SSE II) at AT&T and just started my path to Cisco certification so wanted to say Hi. Just wrapped up CMNA, so I am excited to be on the path to earning more Cisco certifications. As an SSE, I engineer the network security design elements customers need to go along with whatever else they are getting from us, like IP, WAN, Phone systems, etc. Hoping to get some great suggestions and direction from time to time from this community as we work with clients.
Fun fact? I collect old 1956 to 1966 GMC and Chevrolet pickup trucks and drive them daily - sometimes to customer sites too. Customers enjoy talking about them and it helps grow rapport and trust talking about non-techy things sometimes 🙂
