This month, we’re featuring @MarkBr for posting a solution on a very old thread for the benefit of other community members. Back in 2018, multiple community members and a Meraki employee worked together to troubleshoot an issue related to an MR52's factory reset to no avail. Fast forward to this June, a community member searching for a solution to the same issue came across this thread. After figuring out the solution on his own, @MarkBr kindly took the time to post it for future searchers' benefit!
