If it's unicast is all that's needs from VLAN 1 to VLAN 20, just use Layer 3 firewall rules on your firewall. Eg. - A rule to restrict VLAN 20 connecting to any other subnets or Internet locations. - A rule allowing VLAN 1 to communicate with VLAN 20. If you need multicast, as said above bonjour forwarding might achieve what you're looking for.

Yeah, I was thinking about doing this as well. Just wanted to see if you could block it without disabling it globally. Thanks for the feedback!

We spend a lot of effort to make our networking devices to be reliable and do not expect customers to have to reboot devices regularly. If you do experience any issue that requires you to reboot the device to restore functionality then please open a support case with us so we can investigate. We aim to make managing networks simple and regular rebooting goes against that.
