Hello again, I am operating a GX50 Security Gateway which appears to work fine but nevertheless from the very beginning constantly shows "Alerting". Unfortunately the device does not provide any error messages, at least I can't find any, so I do not know the reason. Firmware is 18.1.07. I have tried to remove the device from my account, did a factory reset and then re-added it to the account with just the cable modem connected. It promptly connected to the cloud and showed up in my device list, but there it still constantly shows "Alerting" while all other devices (three Meraki Go switches and an Access Point) show as "Online". Can I do anything else or do I have to open a support ticket? In general: is there any way to read error codes from the device? Best regards
