What's New On Thursday, May 22nd, we launched the MVP of the revamped Get Help Search, featuring AI-generated summaries stacked at the top of search results—enhancing discoverability alongside our existing Mind Touch documentation. Now, we’re taking it a step further by introducing a Feedback mechanism, enabling customers to share their thoughts directly on AI-generated responses.
