Exciting New Feature Announcement: AI-Augmented Search Just Got Smarter!

We’re thrilled to share the continued evolution of our AI-augmented documentation search experience on the Support Center page!

What's New

On Thursday, May 22nd, we launched the MVP of the revamped Get Help Search, featuring AI-generated summaries stacked at the top of search results—enhancing discoverability alongside our existing Mind Touch documentation.

Now, we’re taking it a step further by introducing a Feedback mechanism, enabling customers to share their thoughts directly on AI-generated responses. This empowers us to continuously improve the experience and evolve our AI model based on real-world input.
