Hi,   Any time i've had this issue it because the network connection of the device was not great. Perhaps try connecting when you're not on that wifi? Have you got VPN setup on any other device? I would also like to be able to assign static IP's per VPN users.    The group policies are currently assigning per IP and if the user doesn't use the VPN for about a month, the IP gets assigned to someone else and they then have the wrong access.   Though I supposed @PhilipDAth suggestion of access per user account would solve that problem too. ... We tried factory resetting and upgrading again etc. We eventually got it to stick by calling support and they statically assigned the IP from their side. Hi @Uberseehandel   That would be my first choice too! However, this warehouse we're looking to move to is not ours yet, it's currently in use by another company. I've been asked to give a rough cost to provision wifi coverage and all I have are the dimensions and rough space usage.  Also, the barcode scanners they use are connected via USB to their laptops, so thankfully it's less complicated.   That's why I think a "guess" could work. I.e. just standard specifications - like "MRxx can cover this many square meters on average" should suffice for this. ... View more

 I think you'll need to talk to Sales and not to Support.    It's a separate license so you can't just "upgrade". You need to buy a new one and return the old one, though returning it may depend on how long the customer has had the Enterprise license for.     I agree with @ww though, the Organisation is either Enterprise or Advanced, you can't mix. ...
