Is there a way I can add an email address into my Meraki portal to get notifications of when a piece of hardware is offline or alerting etc?  I am only getting notifications via email at the addressed used to setup the account.  Was wondering if there was a way to add additional addresses for these alerts.   Thanks. ... Hi,   Am in the process of troubleshooting some possible connection/roaming issues.  Have 4 APs broadcasting 2 networks...and am wondering if the clients (all MacBooks) may be switching between AP's and/or between the two networks causing intermittent connection issues, choppy/delayed Zoom calls etc.  Was advised by a colleague to try setting the minimum bitrate to 24Mbps on each SSID.  While I can find some documentation on this with the Meraki products, I can't seem to find the same setting in the Meraki-Go.  Am I correct to assume it's not available?  Or am I missing it or misunderstanding another setting?   Thanks. ... Hello,   I know enough to be dangerous, but a relative networking novice.  Have inherited the following setup for small (approx. 20 employees) office:   Network is setup as follows:   Internet connection from building goes into my MX65W appliance.   From here, the signal is sent to our Meraki GS110-24 switch, which then is wired to 3 different Meraki Go GR10 Access points in various locations in the office.   Currently the MX65 device broadcasts 2 WiFi networks, while the 3 GR10 APs each broadcast 2 other WiFi networks.  Our connections will then drop/swtich from the networks broadcast from the MX65, to one broadcast from one of the GR10s (or vice versa) depending on one's location.   I'd like to have every device broadcasting the same 2 WiFi networks, and to be able to roam and switch connections from one access point to another seamlessly, without dropping/reconnecting, and to also to be able to administer everything from 1 admin console.   When in the admin console of the MX65 device, I am unable to 'claim' any of my GR10 access points, as it notes they are Meraki Go devices that have to be administered separately.  So it's my understanding what I want I want to accomplish is not possible because the two different product lines (M series vs G) can't be configured like that?   With all that said...what is my best option?  I've been given a bit of leeway in terms of buying any new equipment that might be needed.  Would replacing the MX65 with a Meraki Go GX-50HW Firewall Plus help solve my problem?  Or another product?  Looking for advice on the simplest/most effective way to do this.   Thanks in advance for any advice. ... Looking for some advice/confirmation of my understanding on some network issues I'm having.   (New IT admin here for a small office).   Current setup:   ISP -> Cisco Network Switch (owned by building) -> MX65W (ours) -> GS110-24 (ours) -> GR 10 Meraki Go APs (ours, 3 of them)    Wireless printer is connected to wifi network broadcast from MX65W   Devices unable to print to that printer if connected via network broadcast from one of the APs, can only do so if connection to wifi network on MX65W is established.   Is it possible to configure so all devices are on the same network and can print?  Can I get the Meraki Go APs to broadcast the network that the MX device is broadcasting?   Or do the different product lines MX (M series) vs the GS and GR (G Series) prevent this?   Thanks in advance. ... Hello,   Looking for some advice/guidance.  Have taken over a small wifi network for office, configured as follows:  Model GS110-24 network switch with 3 Meraki Go GR10 WAPs connected.  Two wifi networks broadcasted from each WAP.   We've experienced some random, spotty performance (general slowdowns, downloads taking 10-20 seconds to start...) as well as the network dropping completely now and again.  Doesn't *seem* to be related to one particular wifi network, nor does it seem related to any building wide issues as it's isolated just to our offices.   Any suggestions on troubleshooting? (haven't had much of a chance to do much as of yet).  Also any recommendations on network monitoring tools that might help me track poor performance/outages, and hopefully isolate the cause (as well as just general ongoing network monitoring)?   Thanks in advance. ...
