@KathleenJ @PhilipDAth , Thanks to the both of you you're always a big help appreciate it, you can see what i mean on the screenshot below Ms. kath, but i think sir Philip got it, and there are times that we are rebooting the MX to apply the changes on all the computers applied with the policy, but there are times that the traffic shaping rules will not take effect unless we clear the cache of the computer or restart the computer itself. im just looking for a faster procedure where we will not reboot the MX or make any changes on the computer to make the policy take effect thanks a lot 🙂

hope someone can enlighten me. when a new policy was created on the mx and applied it to a device such as computer, some layer 7 rules will not take effect until clearing the cached of a computer connected to the network right, but will the traffic shaping rules will take effect even without clearing the cached specially the bandwidth limit? thanks in advance 🙂

ive tried to connect a PC direct to the ISP and it only shows 30ms and the speed is also good, im just confused if this is a meraki bug, ive also tried and IP phone using backup line that is having an issue and the call test is good, no issue, tnx for the reply

for the circuit, it only has 30mb, but what i did is remove all the clients and put them to our primary ISP, what makes me confuse is there are no users on the backup wan but there's still and packet loss

No changes were made on the MX, as per our ISP no issue on our line and out mx version is MX 17.10.2, it just started a day before a posted this. also made an stand alone testing on our ISP shows good, is this a meraki bug or something

Hi hope someone will enlightened me. on our meraki mx we have 2 ISP on it but one of our ISP shows that it has 90ms latency and at least 25% packet loss continuously , what i did is transfer all of my user to my stable ISP but still it shows the same, weve contact our ISP to check our line but they said that everything is OK on our line. what could be the reason on this?

just want to ask, we have 3rd party vendors where we bought our license for our meraki device and some of the support has admin roles on our device, is it possible that their changes made on our devices will not appear on the changelog?

thanks for helping, but checking on the clients they didn't obtain IP coming from meraki and i check them they are alot of then maybe 50- 100 we dont have that number since most of them are working from home. do you think this need urgent attention or some bug coming from meraki

they use the VPN for the country restriction that is needed to complete their task, i thing the host file will be our last resort on this to block unwanted sites to be visited but alot of sites to be listed thanks bro

we are currently using mx 100 firewall and some of our user have 3 party vpn like nord vpn, and when using this vpn routing to the US the meraki policy are not working anymore, like the layer 7 and layer 3 firewall rules, is there a way where even the user uses its 3rd party VPN assign policy rules still works?
