I am just getting ADE setup and testing with an iPhone I enrolled with Apple Configurator.  It shows up in the Meraki dashboard with ADE Status "Assigned".  Did you ever get this working for you and if so, what steps did you take?  Thanks! ... View more

Yes it will be referring to the System Manager app, which is the agent installed on the iPad. Obviously erasing the iPad removes the management agent so you will see that.   To install it back - you essentially are re-provisioning the iPad, and re-enrolling it, so if you left the entry in the Device Manager when you erased it - it will re-sync/checkin etc. ... FYI - for anyone else wanting to know, Meraki Support came back to me, and suggested the following:   Go to System Manager > Policies > Create New Policy ... towards the bottom,  All Devices -- pick a number for check in intervals. You can then apply this new policy to your iPhone profile.  The iPhones may have been trying to check in every 15 minutes, which is default for mobile devices for SM ... View more
