This is a horrible idea!  What are they actually trying to achieve. Will this be just for guest internet access or a range of other 'behind the scenes' services. Corp networks, retail, F&B etc?    It sounds like a LOT of misconceptions need to be addressed.    Maximum as far as I know is 15, but ideally you don't want more than 3 active.
