Hi, I have an finding here. I have observed if the Network Gears are unreachable due to circuit Outage, Navigating to Meraki Event log you will see event were not logged due to bandwidth constraint. But whenever there will be an power outage and Network gears are unreachable, for the particular downtime we wont get these logs. Try to observe this it might help. Thanks

RCA for this issue was: Site is having 2 ISP terminated on the MX. Due to billing issue wan1 was having an bandwidth constraint due to which it was not failover to backup link leading flapping in the network gears. Usually when there is an billing issue circuit should be down but in this case it wasn't so. Hope this helps. Thanks, Ashish Sapkota

Hi Everyone, Need to understand the event captured on MX. It states "X" event were not logged. what exactly it means? As the network was down for certain time. My confusion here is from this event log what can i understand either the Meraki Gear was having power outage at the site or it is due to ISP flapping which lead Gears unreachable to Meraki Cloud? Yes switches and AP are using MX as a gateway towards Meraki Cloud. Also no upstream firewall is in place blocking MX. As i cant login locally its an remote site.

Hi i can see my uplink and MX status is down but MS and MR are online from the Dashboard. But i am able to ping the WAN ip of ISP from my end machine. Any idea what might be the reason behind this ?

@ww yes i do have an MR access point in place configured with multiple ssid's. vap means virtual access point ? right Also the digits followed with vap indicates the number count for ssid's in place? Is that correct ?
