Yes, at the moment if I want to update MyCompanyProfile.xml I will just upload MyCompanyProfile with no extension

It's probably easiest to turn off AutoReconnect with the profile editor.

Used the GPO method. It was a little bit of a pain getting all the settings correct, but it worked out better.

Licensing ... I am so happy that I don't have to deal with Windows licenses as that is always done by the customer or other companies. It's enough to have to deal with all the Cisco licensing stuff! But for this specific customer, the MAB devices were managed in ISE.

After I got it to work I sent in a request to the support team to be sure I was not opening any security holes. They confirmed that my setup pretty much matches up with what they recommend for AnyConnect with NPS. They also sent me a link to a new article: https://documentation.meraki.com/MX/AnyConnect_on_the_MX_Appliance/Authentication I think they need to post this link on the AnyConnect page so others do not have this issue in the future.
