Are you looking for error logs in the ServiceNow plugin? you can navigate to Debugging > Error logs some common reasons for 401 API errors in the plugin can happen if at least 1 org ID in the array of orgs you have passed is incorrect/does not have access. Try passing 1 org at a time to test this. Also, try deleting the API key & pasting it again in the plugin and then run.

Hi @ServiceNow_User since you mentioned you have upgraded the plugin, try deleting your API key and pasting it again in the ServiceNow plugin. Let us know if that resolved the issue!

We are writing to inform about a minor breaking change to dashboard API that could impact your consumption of a limited number of API operations. If you are not aware of these operations, or not actively testing these operations, then no action is necessary. What's changing We are removing the "networkId" query parameter from a limited number of API operations, listed here: • getOrganizationSummaryTopClientsByUsage • getOrganizationSummaryTopClientsManufacturersByUsage • getOrganizationSummaryTopAppliancesByUtilization • getOrganizationSummaryTopSwitchesByEnergyUsage • getOrganizationSummaryTopDevicesByUsage • getOrganizationSummaryTopDevicesModelsByUsage • getOrganizationSummaryTopSsidsByUsage • getOrganizationSummaryTopNetworksByStatus • getOrganizationClientsBandwidthUsageHistory Why We Are Making This Change To improve the accuracy and clarity of our API operations, we are removing the networkId query parameter from the aforementioned operations. This parameter was released before its development was finalized and has not been functional. Since it has never been operational, its removal should not affect any applications that may have been using it for testing purposes. We anticipate this change will have minimal to no impact. The records section in the API response is a list of nested dictionary which you have to parse to retrieve the keys you need. For example the structure of this API response is something like this - API response = { key:value, record:{ [ { key1:value1, key2:value2, etc.} ] } } In order to access the inner values of this nested dictionary you can do record = response['records'] print ('\n' + 'Here is what I found: ' + '\n') print("IP is ", record[0]['ip']) print("SwitchPort is ", record[0]['switchport']) print("Status is ", record[0]['status']) You can learn about nested dictionaries here

If you want just the MAC address of the client, you don't need to run the for loop printing all the response fields. Just do - print ('\n' + 'Here is what I found: ' + '\n') print ("mac is", response['mac'])

Hi Ariel, Make sure there are no IP restrictions configured or any policies blocking the servicenow instance for you. This is a common reason for this error when API key is verified but doesn't have access.

Thanks for reaching out to our support mailer Sergey. This issue was marked as resolved. For others who might be facing something similar, uninstalling/reinstalling the app resolved the issue.
