Hello Meraki Community,We're excited to announce the release of Meraki ServiceGraph Connector v1.6!
This new version brings several key updates and fixes designed to improve your experience and the accuracy of your integration with ServiceNow.
What's new in v1.6:
• Duplicate Row Fix: Resolved an issue where duplicate rows could appear for the same device model.
• Standardized Manufacturer Field: All Cisco Meraki devices will now display 'Cisco' as the default value in the manufacturer field, ensuring consistency across your CMDB.
• CI Install Status Correction: Update to CIs where their install status was set to 'retired' on every new import.
• Improved CI/Entity Mappings: Updated the CI/entity mapping logic for Cisco Meraki product models for better alignment and accuracy.
• API Operation Update: Replaced the deprecated GetOrganizationDeviceStatuses API with the recommended GetOrganizationDevicesAvailabilities API to retrieve device statuses reliably.
• Enhanced Setup Guide: The setup guide in the application is updated & easier to follow.
Compatibility Note:
This version of the Meraki ServiceGraph Connector is compatible with the Yokohama, Xanadu, and Washington DC ServiceNow platform releases. Compatibility with the Zurich release will be available soon-we'll keep you posted.
