So what was the problem ? Was it just the Pre-shared key ?

Yes, maximum I removed the traffic shape rule, but still low speed test. The server is wired into the MX.

Sorry for the delay on an update, its been pretty hectic. Well I got the meraki working with the phones!! Turns out it was the PBX box, the sip providers forgot there was a fault with the box when it was first installed and with the ASA working with SIP ALG enabled that just left it and never got round to fixing it. Thank you for all your help
