Hello, We have an MR18 AP providing WIFI access to the internet for office staff. It is blocked from accessing the LAN. We have recently started using the Avaya IX Office softphone app on devices which can connect to the WIFI and are not LAN connected, such as mobile phones and laptops. We have found that when making a softphone call between two WIFI connected devices, audio does not work. eg WIFI laptop to WIFI mobile phone - no audio WIFI laptop to non-WIFI mobile phone - audio ok The AP is configured in NAT Mode. Is NAT mode blocking the communication between the WIFI connected devices? Regards,
