Hey folks, Just an update. Meraki support suggested to upgrade the firmware of the AP's and voila, it resolved the issue. I thought the firmware is automatically upgraded. Thanks and keep safe!

@nealgs thanks for your reply. Both SSID's are being set to both bands(dual-band). The user's device is capable of both as well.

I have a network contains 10 AP's (MR33) with two SSID's, say, SSID-A and SSID-B. The users are getting different signals strength from the two SSID's, one is half-bar and the other is full-bar signal. In some locations, SSID-A is totally undetected and the other is still full bar. All SSID's are advertized in all AP's. All radio settings are default. I've already opened a case in Meraki support but they haven't gotten back yet. Any ideas? I really appreciate if anyone can she some lights on this. TIA!
