Hello we noticed today we cannot install Apps to our iPads, they show the following message in the console and will not install on the ipads Install app 'Google Photos' - Error: Could not retrieve license for the app with iTunes Store ID 962194608. Grant VPP device license - success: false, App: Google Photos (962194608), Error: No available licenses were found (checked 2 VPP account(s)} Install application response received - name: Google Photos, error: Could not retrieve license for the app with iTunes Store ID 962194608., status: Error Also when looked at our VPP accounts they all have this message, Error accessing VPP account: The sToken has been revoked, none of our vpp accounts where do to expire and we have over 60. Anyone else having this issue?

With version 76 of ChromeOS there is now a setting in the Google Admin console for the Chromebooks DHCP Hostname Set the hostname that is passed to the DHCP server with the DHCP request. Possible variables are ${ASSET_ID}, ${SERIAL_NUM}, and ${MAC_ADDR}. Please include at least one variable. With this set will that mean that chromebooks will now show up in the client list with whichever variable we set instead of the long string of numbers that means nothing? Thanks

Has anyone got the Privacy and Lock profile to install ? I am current getting errors and it won't install, I have a ticket open with Meraki and they said it is a know issue. So it seems like they force activation lock on for all ios devices and the only way to turn it off seems to be broken...

I just heard from Meraki support and they said "I apologize for the delay in responding to you. There is a problem with the backend communication between Meraki and Apple devices. I will update you as soon as the issue is resolved."

There was a similar issue about 2 weeks ago for almost 2 days. I am in the middle of moving 4000 ipads into Meraki over the summer and this is really starting to get annoying.

When pushing Apps or App updates to iOS devices I am wondering will they prioritize WiFi or will it use the Cellular connection as well ? I am just concerned as I don't want to use up Data on our cell plans. Thanks

I have not seen the Apps install on existing devices yet, only on newly enrolled devices. This is a pretty big deal as 99% of our Apps are on demand apps. I did call support and they put in a ticket but I haven't heard back.

I just noticed yesterday on newly setup iOS devices every App is being auto installed from the Meraki catalog even when they are not set to auto install. Is anyone else having this problem ?

Definitely need this, Airwatch had it as well. If new devices aren't assigned and they are setup they will not be enrolled and then we will never know as the devices go directly to the users and not to ITS first. I need to check and make sure to assign the DEP profile to all new devices as they show up.

I have noticed this for the last week when setting up new ipads, some commands get stuck foever and you just need to erase the ipad and start over and some will take any where for 10-30 min before they will go through. Where as before they will happen within a minute or less.

Has anyone notice Meraki System Manager has been really slow the last week or so ?Both the console and setting up devices. We are using ipads with DEP and when setting up new devices once you get to the ipads home screen usually Apps and profiles start pushed down from Meraki within a minute. This last week it take anyway where from 10- 20 min or more before Apps and profiles start to install. Has anyone else experienced this ?
