The first "network" I ever created was between my parents house and my best friend who lived 4 houses down. We somehow got ahold of a spool of Cat3 and purchased a home network kit with two NICs and a 5-port 5Mbit "Hubby" as they called it. Around 3am on a Sunday we went to work going through the neighbor's backyards and burying the unshielded cable about 6 inches down. Lots of work just to play Warcraft without tying up a phone line!

So I'm finding out the hard way that the vMX100 has hit end of life. In this case, the hard way is I just went to enter my new co-terminated license that is up this month. I'm looking for any documentation on a transition to the new product, if one is needed at all. It would be nice if I didn't have to redeploy, but I'm not too hopeful there.

Attending Cisco Connect Houston today, so I had to wear my Meraki socks in an attempt to butter up the Meraki guys here for some swag. Also it was nice of them to go with green for my lanyard.

Apparently my goal this year is to move ALL our servers up to Azure, because the cloud makes all worries go away and will instantly solve all of our problems (according to upper management). My resolution is to be prepared to fix issues that arise and swiftly pass the blame on to those above me in non-IT roles when things don't work out. Luckily all our sites are set up with MX-84 HA pairs, we jumped on the SD-[b]WAN[dwagon] a couple years back and the vMX is functioning already in Azure, so we have a solid base.

Unfortunately I do not have a solution to share for this, but I have the same issue (or at least will, we only sent one phone to test to our Dubai office). Hopefully someone has a solution, which I can then steal when I'm ready!

@Bilifive From the management port you can change VLANs, enable/disable ports, and change link speed. I don't recall if you can change between trunk/access
