Hi Meraki Community I am new to this Meraki Z3 - I have to support users at work. I have configured few units, but that's not enough for me to understand other functionality of the device. I have few questions listed here, need some help as how I can do it on Meraki dashboard. I understand that need to match with serial number 1) Need to deactivate device upon return - like to keep it on Dashbaord to assign to next user but remove the name or name it differently (no duplicate name) on dashboard. 2) Troubleshoot steps if device is really not working for user(s), Solid RED LED indication. 3) What parameters are commonly monitored when user is experiencing issue? Please let me know if there is a video link for this, step by step, if any. Thanks!
