I just had the same issue. Rebooting and turning DHCP off for 5 minutes did NOT clear the DHCP leases. What did work was expanding the DHCP Reservation range temporarily and it cleared the DHCP leases in the Reserved range like the example below.  ... View more

I agree that nobody is perfect Brett and I'm not expecting that.  I did however challenge them several times about the upgrade policy as I was aware of the conversion policy previously but didn't know if it was a monthly or timed promotion.  I do thank you for all of your help on this community forum. ...
