You will want to use Syslog if you want to get the event logs into another system - rather than exporting events. https://documentation.meraki.com/zGeneral_Administration/Monitoring_and_Reporting/Syslog_Server_Overview_and_Configuration I think BGP became available in the 14.x code. You might have to ask support to enable it for you as well (can't remember, had it enabled a log time ago). It is not suitable for Internet routing/crciuits. You must be in the US (lucky for you). It takes about 2 weeks to get RMA parts to New Zealand.

This does not sound good. Did you manage to renew the DEP certificate in the Meraki portal (I'm guessing not)? If you load a new certificate instead of renewing you will be in a world of pain.

The only other option guaranteed to work is to create an SSID only on your MR42 dedicated for the TV and have the TV use that.

Are you using "Device Owner Mode", if not, you should be. https://documentation.meraki.com/SM/Deployment_Guides/Android_Enterprise_Deployment_Guide_(Android_for_Work)#Device_Owner_Enrollment This gives you complete control over the Android device. And yes - everything about MDM is painful.

There are benefits both ways, but I generally prefer stacking as it is easier. You have a single instance of spanning tree. You have a single config which either stack member can take over.

The MX series does not support part-channelling - so no, don't configure a port channel to them. Yes that cabling seems fine. Are you going to stack your two MS together using the stacking ports - or keep them separate?

The multicast code is much better in the 10.x firmware on the switches. I would be tempted to move to the 10.x code.

I agree with @MRCUR. Also with bridging in this case the clients IP address wont change. They should have a seamless connection roaming between access points.
