I have over 200 MX65Ws to deploy. I am trying to scan the serial numbers of the devices into the dashboard using the Cisco Meraki dashboard mobile app. I see where I can scan the serial numbers for switches and access points, but not for security appliance. Perhaps this is not supported. Has anyone tried to scan the serial number of a security appliance in order to add it to your inventory? Thanks -

Yes. "The device is currently upgrading its software. Upgrade 25% complete." It is on the latest firmware. I tried a hard reset and it still does the same thing.

The light on the MX65W constantly flashes white, even though it has the latest firmware. Even if i unplug the network cable, it still flashes white. All the other MX devices have a solid white light when stable. The device appears to be working fine otherwise. Has anyone ever seen this? I'm wondering if there is a hardware issue.
