Ask for a credit for your current outstanding PDL licensing. Have that credit applied towards a new subscription licence. You may also be able to request a monthly payment option. When you get your new subscription licence, raise a support ticket. Explain that you have new subscription licences, and that you need the existing PDL licences cancelled so you can apply it.

As of September 2023, if you are creating a new Meraki organization, you will automatically default to the co-term licensing model. If you wish to be on Meraki subscription licensing, your organization will be changed automatically once you claim a subscription licensing key in the Meraki dashboard. Per-device licensing is no longer available for new customers. You are not able to mix and match any of the licensing models. Meraki Licensing

So I upgraded to the latest firmware across all devices over the summer. Students came back this week and I'm getting the disappearing printers again.

I certainly don’t disagree with your suggested course but I had a support ticket open since October 2024 and told they prioritize the fixes based on their priority. I closed the ticket last week since the case wasn’t resolved and moving on to later firmware releases. I’ve lost faith in both avenues tbh.

That was it! I was running the packet capture on the switchport the camera was connecting to. Once I ran a capture on my first switch outgoing port, all the specific traffic is showing the new DSCP. Thank you for the quick help on this!

On the MX, outbound traffic refers to traffic originating from one VLAN that is destined for another VLAN or traffic originating from the LAN that is destined for the Internet or a remote network that is located over a static LAN route. There's definitely no need for as many as 8. It's me getting it down beyond 5 is the big concern. We have to have separate ssids for Students, Guest, Teacher/School Assigned Faculty, District Staff & Non School Assigned Mobile Devices (Each have different access levels regarding Content filtering and bandwidth). I think 5 will be a good start for me at least.

Changing authentication didn't help me. I got away from a combined hardware network and switched to the default meraki wireless template - no problems since this change.
