Hi Guys, I would like to ask if it is possible to configure a Client VPN using PPPOE Internet Line. Because we're able to establish VPN connection using Client VPN however, we are unable to Ping the Local Devices. I search around and can't find any used case on PPPOE and Client VPN. Hi Team, This is an inquiry regarding Meraki Wireless Solution. Is it possible for the Wireless to pick up a MAC address without the mobile phone actually connecting to it? Scenario, a person enters the area with his mobile phone and the phone has no record on the Meraki Dashboard. The Meraki AP will automatically pick up the mobile phone's MAC address. It can also show where the person is in the said area. (Like which part of the Mall) Kind of like Heat Map. Hoping to hear from you soon! Thank you! Best regards, Enrico

Hi Team, I would like to seek assistance if these features are supported by Meraki AP MR33. The features in questioned are: AAA using TACACS+ Support PKI (Public Key Infrastructure, ex. PN-PKI) Once authenticated there will be a RATE LIMIT for an individual Username How does SMS Authentication works? What are needed for the TWILIO Account? What protocol TWILIO use as Verification? Hi Guys! I would like to ask upon purchase of the License the start date is the purchase itself. If yes how can we prevent that start date? The scenario is like this, Client Purchases both Unit ant License. Upon receiving the Unit and registering it in the dashboard. The license start date is all wrong. Since they just got the device. Irate client will question why the expiration date is wrong. How can we prevent this kind of scenario in the future? and is there a way for the License start date to be moved on the day they registered it? Your feedback will be greatly appreciated. Thank you! Hi Team, One of our client is requesting for a POV of Meraki MX's SD-WAN. What are the requirements? They are going to borrow one MX100 from us and I'm not familiar with SD-WAN. The Meraki SD-WAN Deployment guide is not that clear to me. Will the SD-WAN work if they only have one Meraki MX? How can I showcase the SD-WAN on Meraki MX? Is there a Step-by-Step SD-WAN POV guide? Hi Guys, Good Day! I got an opportunity to present Cisco Meraki Security on one of our Partner's End User. There are some inquiries about Meraki's Security Solution: Is it possible to place a Bandwidth Limitation for Groups/VLAN's? In youtube, can Meraki Block the Category? (e.g. Allow Manufacturing Videos but block other kinds of Category) When viewing Sites that has Advertisements, can Meraki Block those Ad's? (It will just show a White Picture and its not click-able) Since Meraki has 10yrs License option, if in case the unit still has 10yrs and its about to approach End of Life. Is there a REFRESH program? (e.g. A Buy-Back program that will have less cost when getting the replacement) They are also familiar with Meraki's AP. But they have 1 question in mind and it has to do with MAC ADDRESS Binding per SSID. Is it possible to have a MAC ADDRESS bonded to an SSID that has Traffic shaping? (e.g. MAC addresses of a certain group can only connect to a specific SSID, if they connect to a different SSID they won't have internet access). I know this is a long post but I really appreciate any feedback from you guys. Thanks in advance!

CJ_Ramsey is right. Since the AMP is only scanning the NETWORK and it is not scanning the incoming and outgoing EMAIL traffic. Best to use Email Security Solution of Cisco.
