This port is a wireless AP. As far as I know the wireless AP does not participate in STP. I found from a web search that the NAC sensor might have internal AP detection. I'm thinking of checking to see if there is such a feature in NAC.

The STP status of the switch port to which the AP is connected is changed. This symptom recurs daily and occurs on all switches. As far as I know, APs don't participate in STP. But why does the STP state change only on the port the AP is connected to?

I am going to cold swap MX400 to MX250. The cold swap guide has information about port mapping. https://documentation.meraki.com/MX/Other_Topics/MX_Cold_Swap_Replacing_an_Existing_MX_with_a_Different_MX I don't know what you mean by port mapping. Current MX400 ports are as follows. MX400 WAN1 ↔ MX250 WAN1 MX400 LAN1 ↔ MX250 LAN1 I'm thinking of connecting the cables as above. Is there anything I should watch out for?

I checked the rogue detect log as above. I need to figure out what this log is. The log says "seen on LAN". Does this mean that the client broadcasting the SSID is trying to make a wired connection to the LAN?

Connect your PC to the Meraki MX250's MGMT port and the setup dashboard will pop up. But the login credentials are not logged in with Serial number. Before adding the MX250 to the meraki dashboard inventory, login with the serial number worked fine. Does connecting to dashboard change credentials?
